maygay hopper fault

please could somebody help me, everytime i turn my machine (sir winalot) on the thing in the hopper that hold the pound coins keeps spining round also all the bottem lights arent working

is it trying to payout a win??? put a few coins in the hopper and start machine
let us know worse comes to worse you only down the road from me!

na its not tryin to pay out a win it just keeps spinnin round, tryed putting coins in and it just throws them straight back out, no error code because the screen is blank.

ok assuming its epoch and sounds like mpu got battery damage and poss lamp driver board damaged
