Straight away, but you need to be aware that it's a long term aim for the machine, and niot a short term easy calculation. If it's set at say 80% (easier sums) it will not pay out £8 for every £10 put in, or £80 for every £100.
It's more likely to be in the region of £8,000 for every £10,000 entered into it. If you want to, turn the % down even more, unless you are already at 72% or try doing a memory re-set, which should upset the cycle of the machine, and perhaps flip it into a position where it thinks it need to take more money to acheive its' long term target.

i wouldn't recomend a RAM clear. because the start of the machines cycle, usually pays out for a little bit, and chances are when you changed the percent, the machine was RAMed anyway. just play throu it. it'll start to take..

I kind of agree with Reel King ~ just play through it. The machine will always win in the long run !!!
