MDM Leisure - Smash 'N' Grab Help

The machine works well until you try and get your money from the bank. It tells you that it is paying out but no coins are delivered.
Anyone got any suggestions?

your machine is either in demo mode.

the coins are paying out inside the machine, hopper not in correct position

or you have a coin jammed in the optic sensor
