i've been hunting for one of these for my kids for 2 years, since they love the one they always play in the same arcade every year and the owner wanted £250+ for it. I'm on a limited budget and finally got one off ebay for £50, but........
* the middle 2 "k9 the dog" bulbs are always on (except when its not being played and the machine goes into one of its light pattern modes, at which point theyre fine).
BTW: this has caused the decals to burn away, so if anyone has a spare glass or knows where you can get the right black paint for hot glass?
* 2 of the spinning wheels have inside lights that are very faint and the 3rd wheel has no lights at all (all bulbs replaced by new ones)
* all 3 nudge/hold button lights dont work (even though new bulbs in), and the cancel button lights dim or full brightness depending on whether hold or nudge happens.
* number 3 light in the trail that leads to feature board didnt work, but 2 of cyber cash -circle lights come on instead
NB: I got the number 3 light working by wiggling one of the cyber-circle lights wires, but the same 2 cyber cash -circle lights still stay on when the trail reaches number 4 light.
any help would be much appreciated as the kids are over the moon with it, yet it would be great to get it working 100%
DOCTOR WHO - THE TIMELORD DELUXE please help :-(

Unless the machine has a wiring fault(shorted or nipped wires in the main loom),The problem will be the lamp matrix is shorting on the main Scorpion MPU board causing some lamps to glow bright and others dim or not at all.
If the lamp drive has shorted then the main Scorpion MPU will need to be changed, the unfortunate side of that is the overall cost is going to be close to as much as what you payed for the machine.
