global carry on clubbin, please help

hi got a 1998 global games machine carry on clubbin whichcomes up with
"power down" message. what is this and how do i fix it?

problem sorted, just left machine on for ten mins then switched it off then on again and works a treat.
no need to hire an over expensive engineer for a simple fix!!!
