Megatouch Help

I have a megatouch that will only accept £1,50p & 20p it will not accept 10p
I have cleaned the mech,check the wiring,changed the I/O & RISER BOARD !
Please help CONFUSED

It is a cashflow 330

I have tried several 330 mechs and they are all the same so I think it could be some other problem

I asume the megatouch is a meric machine??? if so make sure the settings on the m/c are set to accept 10p. Worth a shot before going for a new mech..
