Maygay Hot Shots manual required

I am putting an old Hots Shots back together for our arcade, but the recently returned mpu has had all the dil's set to off. Since this machines percentage and stake are set using the dil's, I'm a bit stuck.

Does anyone have a copy of the manual for this one, that you could upload.
