Barcrest Cock A Doodle Dough

Hi all, am new here so if I get this wrong please tell me. I have a barcrest cabinet, Cock A Doodle Dough fruit machine, the hopper is full, £254 at last count, yet when more coins are inserted they go to the hopper instead of the falling down the chute to the store at the foot of the machine. Does anyone know how I can stop this?

Does it have a note changer?

If you go through the menus with both doors open and do a hopper dump..
Then refill with either £250 (with note changer) or £125 (without). The locate the button in the back of the cabinet that is the 'hopper refilled' button, press this and it should be set up.

what type of coin mech is it?

the coin divert is controlled diffrently on diffrent types of machines.

could you post a few pics of the coinmech and wiring attached to it?

Help can i get s refill key from anywere and a full instruction manual ive no idea how to fill the hopper ????
