Bat Outta Hell gives 20 credits, doors closed

Global awp. Started giving 20 free credits when start button pressed, even though doors are shut.
Any wins pay out, so hopper can be emptied! Any ideas?

if it was a faulty door switch or latch, it would put 20 test credits on, but payout is disabled, in that case. This pays out the wins in real money, from the hopper! Never come across that before.

problem finally fixed. I reseated all the program EPROMs and the pub connections. This cured the fault.
