Tubular bells- Bell fruits Massive Help needed if possible???

Hi Everyone,

I am totally new to this so please bear with me, I have been given a Tubular bells machine today but i cant seem to get it to power up. I have checked the fuse in the power unit and that seems fine, there are 4 green led's lit up on the main circuit board circuit board and a red led flashing (next to the reset button) other than that nothing.....

I have noticed some crystals on the battery but other than that i havent got a clue to be honest.
