Simpsons Duff Beer

Hi, I'm new to this site and am looking for help please. I have just bought a Duff Beer machine, but it has some problems.
Power is getting to it, the circuit boards inside have lights on, but the LED display is blank, most of the bulbs flash randomly.
It accepts coins but will not play, not even on freeplay!
Is it a case of replacing Led or circuit boards?
Any guidance or assistance will be very appreciated.

Epoch tech? Battery damage on the main board and overheating on the lamp driver board are the first things to check.
