Barcrest Fruit Machine Help

hello i own a barcrest Party animal fruit machine and for the past few months it having this error

17-83
PND OPTO BLOCKED
TAMPER

we have changed the hopper and it still comes up with this error.

does any1 know what the problem is and also any engineers in the london area that can check it

emplty hopper and refill
or fault on hoper drive
