Jumping jack cash not initialising

Hi I have just bought a 2004 jumping jack cash. It was working the night I got it , powered up the next day then had these symptoms . Main power pack/fan working , no initialising being displayed. Have four green lights on main board and one flashing red , have pushed red reset button next to flashing led , but nothing has happened . Would appreciate any help
