I am having problems with a Mazooma Stir Crazy (Costa Del Cash) - Scorpion 4 board I think. Firstly, when I start the machine, it now displays "On/Off error 48". It has only just started doing this but occurs every time I restart the machine even when I leave the machine for an extended period.
After about 1 minute (during which a siren will sound although I have turned this off via one of the dil switches) the message clears but is replaced by the message "DOOR UNLOCKED" which is accompanied by a siren (even though this should still be turned off via dil switch). If I open either the top or bottom door of the cabinet the alarm will stop and the machine enters meter reading mode, so it appears the 2 door switches are working. Am I missing something? Is there perhaps another switch somewhere as I can't see one anywhere, or could this be caused by something else?
Any advice would be much appreciated as I am pulling my hair out with it at the moment... especially when the siren sounds!
Door Unlocked error on Mazooma Stir Crazy
Thanks, pxscity.
I must have missed it... I'll get back out to the garage for another look. Any clue as to where the lock switch is located and how it wires up?
The machines owner before me has left various switch wires etc disconnected and had moved the switch that detects when the top door is open so that it was just dangling within the cabinet (leaving the machine in free play).
I suspect the lock switch may have been moved from where it should be which is why I have't spotted it.

I have looked at the cabinet again and there is a mounting area for a switch below the lock. There are 4 wires dangling there too (2 wires are brown with black band, 1 yellow with black bands and the other 1 is yellow with orange bands). I also found a switch laying in the bottom of the cabinet. It is the same type of switch as is on the top and bottom door - with 6 pins to the rear.
Does anyone know how / if these cables should be wired up to the switch? If so, in what order?
