game card

Hi i am new to this, i have a fruit machine grub a dub dub by (red) and it keeps on telling me 100p alarm 01, i keep reading about removing the game card, please can anyone tell me where it is and what it looks like, or anyother way to fix this problem, thanks in advance, very dippy female lol

either a jam in the £1 mech or it wants more coins in
