how to get freeplay on fruit machine

has anyone got any idea how to get freeplay on the reel thing fruit machine my other bandit wet n wild is on a freeplay of 50 credits ive heard of disconecting the hopper but dont want to do this unless im sure it will work any help would be appreciated thanks

From memory, open front door slightly, open cash door.

repeatedly tap start, you should get £15.00 of freeplay credits.
