Global gridrunner help plz

hi ther, i have just acquired a global gridrunner machine. It all seems to be running fine, i was hoping sum1 could help me turn the volume down. Any advice on this machine and how to programme n change settings would be greatly appreciated.

I have managed to turn the volume down by using the refill key(i think thats wat it is). on the menu it says access denied on a few things, anybody know how to sort these settings out? i'm a total newbie to fruitys n i dont want all my m8s takin me to the cleaners on poker nights, after i have cleaned them out at poker

Open the bottom cash door before you turn your refill key and the 'access denied' doesnt show, then you can check the hopper balance and other options, but if you want to lower the percentage payout, you will have to get another key off ebay, theres ones on there that are variable from 70 to 98%.
