60 gen meter err on global games jackpots that rock and roll

hi does any one know what this means and what the fix is.
i know its a general meter fault but but what and where is the meter? and what type.i know when machine is switched on lcd display on cash pot is all scrambled and dont make sence is this what it means?

it is the lcd meter that reads cash in,cash out etc,it is black and about 2 inches long,the meter is either disconnected or faulty
