lots of faults on this none of the bulbs are lighting up ive changed the lighting board but they still dont work also the bloody alarm keeps going off ive changed the coin mech board lighting board main board hopper driver board and the power supply but still no lights and still that bloody alarm

Seems like you've done most of the obvious things. Seems like the only thing you've not changed is the cabinet itself lol.
What about the main board or the wiring harness itself ? Have you checked the loom itself with a meter to see if it has continuity or the pins on the board to see if power is even being sent to the loom ?

no not yet mate im running out of ideas to be honest its a friends machine i sold him but was fully working until he had it the problem is hes in it all the time and i dont know what hes messed with

Odd, you have done all the obvious already...
Did you change parts for known working, tested ones?
Could your friend have moved any connectors around?

Does it show in the display Which alarm code it is?
Just a thought that if it was the power up alarm and just needs to be left till the machine resets.
