barred from fruit chat?

it has come to my knowledge that martin (martal-wombat) has allegedly been barred from fc.
i dont know why , ive just been elected to start a thread , by scot ( extreme eddie) questioning the reasons why .
having just received a very distressed phone call off scott ,,,,,,, apparently martin is blaming scott for his barring , but scott is none the wiser and knows nothing about it , (but as he is on a days slot, requested that i start this thread in an effort to get to the bottom of things.
there may be some confusion over mr bigpokeruk also called scott
i dont have anything to do with this whatsoever .
im just the messenger ............ please dont hang the messenger :P

Takes a hell of a lot to get barred from here, The mods have the patients of saints.....
Must be a mistake surly?

Yep, mart would never get banned from here. About as unoffensive and decent as they come! Will have a word and see whats up.

Just to add to this, no-ones been barred for months. It might be that he has picked up an IP that has been barred, quick rebbot of his router should sort it.

Static I.P from land based ..... clear all cookies via " start, control pannel, then security " depending on xp/vista.....IP change is manual, then his fault so he cant moan tbh........

Unless he has roaming IP....... diffo every time he boots up....just set it to
something totaly random like Brazil, or Chilli......even Scotland lol..

Certainly seems to be some wires crossed
Just had a long chat and he can't even get the starting screen up?? i've told him to re-boot his router to see if that works, he is convinced he's banned, i've told him he's not but why would it just stop working?

Starting screen = just the fruitchat page you see before you log in, he can't even get that up he says?

Has to be his end, If a ban was in place it would error code with a number sequence, and an automated message telling him his banned..
Strange.. not really a lot any one can do unless remote access is granted by him....
I'll pm u my msn addy if he's really stuck i'll help him out...
