Long shot, but can any tell me the name of this tune?

Not much to go on, it was a UK garage tune c.2000 and im 90% certain it was on a Pure Garage album, but I dont own the CDs anymore and for some reason the albums on my laptop all have tracks missing.
All I can tell you is it had a sample in the middle of a guy saying (slowly) "will everybody please stop getting shottttttt.......?"

Thanks for that, its been bugging me for ages.
ABsolutely hate O&N and So Solid Crew so thats probably why I blocked it out of my head.
I blame them for screwing up UKG, before these wannabe gangsters and the grime producers turned up UKG was great.

What an album that was... recall there being a tune called " devils knightmare "..... or something like that.... amazing... shame when you acctually see the pair of them in a vid they look like 2 asparagus sticks... one fresh and white.. one slightly on the turn and mouldy.... kinda shatters the illustion that they can acctually perform there songs live...

Used to love a bit of UKG - trouble was, come the early 00s, you would hear it on Magic (Artful Dodger - Movin' Too Fast) and on DFS adverts etc. OK, I know they were more the 'commercial' end of the genre, but some of the underground stuff was fantastic. That Skippy 2/step beat would always get me...
