Annoying Adverts

I've been off work the last day or so with this bloody sickness bug that's doing the rounds and so, have been limited to daytime TV. Quincy and Dick Van Dyke have just about kept me going, but the adverts are so, so, SO tedious!
This is worth a listen though...

Anyone else got any tedious adverts that have been given a good makeover?

Yeah ditto, but I'm sure they tuned down the 'hardman' vibe later on in the 80's. They did Weetabix Wondeworld promotions, where you could save up tokens and get things like colouful Atlases, thesaurases etc, it was all very colourful and preppy and less skinhead eat your neat wheat mate or elseish.
They also did Weetabix Top Trax, with things like Bananarama Venus on a casette tape. That was also the feature music on Inferno (m1a). It's not sad to know that btw. Really it isn't.
