The Football Season is Underway!

Yes, it's official - and it went largely unnoticed.
Seven first round/first legs of the Intertoto Cup were played yesterday (Sat June 17th) which breaks last years' record by a distance (when Liverpool played Total Network Solutions in the first week of July).
I absolutely love my football but even I wouldn't want to see club sides back playing THAT soon after the end of the season.
Won't be long till the game is played all year round!

Hahaha Hibernian are playing in the intertoto cup how shit is that? We play are 1st game in 2 weeks i think!

You might have had another trophyless season, Matty, but one of the highlights of last season was seeing Ivan Sproule bag a hat-trick against Rangers at Ibrox.
I used to live round the corner from Ibrox, and occasionally frequented the local pubs. I would say that their fans are the most bigoted and racist in Scotland, so seeing them get their arses handed to them is always a pleasure!

Had many a pie and doubious plastic bags filled with liquid thrown down from the top tier of the stands in Ibrox. Don't go there now needless to say. Even the stewards wear hard hats there!!!!!

Ive been to Ibrox many a time, there was this one time when we were in the broomloan end and hibs were taking there shots into the goal before the game and dirk lehmann (legand) hit it over the cross bar twice and hit the same guy in the face

Anyway it's good to see the Old Firm are sharing the wealth in Scotland. NOT. More like picking off all the best players from other teams then loaning them out to English clubs.

It's not just Hibs Matty. It's any team that threatens them. Livvi end up 3rd was it? Then Marvin Andrews goes to Rangers
