From what I hear, it is more true to the books as I have read them.
Bond was meant to be more of a cold blooded killer - an assassin. He shouldn't give a shit how his cocktail was made.
And the bad guys shouldn't really be "expecting" him. Makes him a shit secret agent when they do...
That said I still like all the old Bond films.

By 'Bourneing it' I meant that the director now has LOADS of spinny-whats going on-i feel dizzy camera shots when the actions going on.
