Right, now Ive heard it I can comment.
I wonder how many of these 30,000+ people who have complained have heard it?
I dont see what was so offensive (or funny) about it. And lets face it, they did apologise straight away.

Well imagine you'd left a message saying "I fucked your grand-daughter" on a 78-year old man's answerphone, then transmitted it to the nation - I reckon they should be censured (and if not for that, then for being deeply deeply unfunny)

Yes they are out of order but the really interesting part is that Woss was the one who was far worst but gets off really quite lightly whilst Brand resigns ?
Seems to me there was no way the Beeb were ever going to let Woss resign but needed a scapegoat so Brand "resigned"
All said and done a load of very unfunny tosh.
