basically you get several 10's of thousands of 20$ bills,you then give them to rofl harris,rofl is then commanded to get his sorry ass to the nearest ,THE best north london premiership club ground and spread the 20's all over the pitch.
for stage 2 of the conspiracy rofl must remove several thousand of the 20's whilst you hack,nervously into google earth and zoom in,or sit up in space on the exploded (paa!) shuttle and view by nsa spy satellite.
