there's a toshiba with 3 gig of ram for £349 advertised on the telly, i'd go for that.

if its vista at least 2gb of ram but then go for price.

I wouldnt pay more the £450 really for a laptop so have a look on all the pc world, comet, dell sites and then compare with tescos then maybe have a look on scan and amazon etc - shop about though and u can get some great prices

ive just got a dell xps m1730 and its the mutts nuts.
its the best machine ive seen in a long time and will still be good in a few years so if you've been making on ye' olde fruits get one of these.
this one cost £1399 but i think you can get them a bit cheaper.
