Thats is a bit poor. If your on a standard "upto" 8MB internet connection, your getting less than 2MB (1.9MB) download there..

All to do with Megabits (hows fast your connection is), and megabytes (how fast you can download). You should be able to download at 485 k/s?

Your upload aint too bad, I think the max is 448.. But your download is shocking, max should be 8000 or so. Get on the phone to your isp m8.

The one thing im learning so far, is that Karoo (my isp and the only one you can get in Hull), doesnt seem so bad afterall.
