novelty machines with cash prizes

there's a few pieces about that can be played for profit.
deith have a skill game called cashcraze ,this game requires the player to control the movement of a ball containing a banknote, up and down a transparent tube within a moving safe zone.you must keep the ball in the green zone for 30 seconds to win. its all about the last 5 seconds with this one ,as its a piece of piss upto this point. you control air flow to the the tube with a plunger to raise and lower the ball of money.once the timer hits 5 seconds the safe zone will start jerking about quickly, with practise a skilful player can become better than this machines hardest level.
it will streak when ready to pay also, even on a low percentage 3 consecutive wins are available where speed doesn't increase during the last 5 seconds.
tip; you see someone win then leave it ,you play ,maybe 2 wins left that virtually anyone could get.
tip; some of these machines will have 5,10 and 20's in, if you know its on a go slow ,sack off the 5er balls.

there's another machine that has dvds and budget games on a revolving carousel ,you have a psuedo skill stop to win ,however every time ive seen a winner on one of these there's been another right after, so its worthwhile to have a go if you see someone else get a result.

finally, there's a new one just out in the last fortnight , its a skill based worker so doubt it will last long.some of you arcade boys may have one right under your noses already .

the only one I ever see is that damn STACKER... always blocking the major prize and a load of shite on the minors!!

God knows how much it has to take before allowing one of the major's on this.

giant stacker can be set to 800 credit max.can go a bit early though....sometimes.
manual states skill.....lol
last shot has very tiny window of opportunity, unless ready, you could miss by 1000th of a second, but machine must step to next whole square anyway.
minor prize is shit to encourage player to go for glory.

we have wiis on ours and have lost close to 20 major prizes in the 2 years we have had it,even when keeping an eye on it sometimes.

on the whole wouldnt recommend anyone playing a single coin through it,unless youve been camped near one with constant traffic ,coin counting and have noticed it start to slow down a touch.

Stacker is just a joke.....like ob says god knows what needs to go in for a major prize, maybe £1000-£2000 odd? On the coast in the summer that amount would go through in quite a short time i gues.

like i said matt 800 cred max on hardest level, this doesnt work to an average and keeps relatively close to 400 quid on 50p play, sometimes a bit earlier and sometimes a bit later. with wiis on it ,it canes money very quickly in a good position. i would still say its shite though coz the owner could put it in test and knock it down to skill level 1 and get the major first go,thus avoiding a big winner(if you was that way inclined).

800 credits on 50p £400 most places have like an xbox 360 dont they? So the best part off £200 there,After the cost of a stacker must be over £10,000 for that big 1 probly more. £400 for a £150 - £200 prize cant be more than 1 prize coming out a week. makes £200 a week bit of a waste when a b3 (s16 what ever you call it) can make that aday easy.

you still double up on the prize even if they get won  ,fair point on the b3 takings ,however an arcade needs a spread of different stuff with longevity 9000 quid will still be taking in 5 years ,much longer than any current b3 i'd say.
bigv what owner is not that way inclined? =a forgetful one .lol

the new beatable novelty game i mentioned in the first post is called barbercut, there must be some in yarmouth for you to take the cash off jack.
prizes are hanging on strings, you control a snip to cut the string ,there's a right button and a forward one.
although the machine should know the prize position it is easy to win on if you got the hand eye co-ordination required of a player.
joe munter can win on it too,but they just end up putting it back in for more.
tip; rocking may make it even easier for you (theres no tilt alarm lol) they wont fall off but the machine cant compensate for the prize movement.

if anyone sees it ,try it ....especially for ten and twenty notes ...and don't say i never give you anything :P
