Anyone from / been to Middlesbrough?

Post by ROSSKEEN »

Got pissed at the weekend and managed to agreed to a bungee jump off some bridge in Middlesbrough soon.

Anyone know which one it would be, how high it is, and how likely I am to shit myself?

Someone will probably nick the rope whilst you're bungeeing.

Working right next to it at the moment building the new college.Should have a nice view of the Riverside Stadium from up there but wouldnt like to jump off it.God help you if the rope snapped you would be coming out the Tees with 6 eyes and 4 legs with all the pollution off the steel and chemical plants

The second series of Auf Weidersein Pet featured this bridge, I think they were taking it down and selling it.

I am from Boro originally, the transporter bridge is huge and crosses the river Tees , you used to be able to walk accross the top of it years ago but thats all been stopped.

Good luck with the jump.

Confirmation came through this morning, its not til the 20th July so I've got ages to panic about it!!!

If anyones in the area that day at 12 and wants to see a petrified we Scots guy probably having to be physically shoved off the bridge whilst covered in his own excrement feel free to pop down.
