ps3 and psp movie downloads

hi does any1 know of any movie sites where you can download movies for free to the ps3 hard drive or mem card pro duo ?? ,,,,,, i dont have access to a pc (mrs wont let me use hers for fear of viruses etc ,bitch lol).......
im not technically great, so need a site where you dont need to download a converter or any such bollocks.
just a simple mp4 download site where its free without any sign up rubbish,
the idea is to then watch movies on psp straight after early doors spoons bandits, b4 next pubs at 11am openers
using either the pro duo mem card or through remote play as all spoons have free wifi
any and all help appreciated ta
