stunned about today, in all sportting departments.. From a United perspective, I cant beleive we lost.. I sort of Agree with Ronaldo on the Penalty front though.. Anywhere else on the pitch that was a free kick, that in the box was cynical, and the referee botched it...

I feel for Ronaldo, he is way way way way WAY too good for these defenders, so they resort to dirty tactics.. The Referees will learn one day that he is targeted.. Obstruction is no more in football, part of the defensive game..

Good luck to Barnsley, i cant beleive Chelsea messed up

aye, have to say its an incredible acheivement, really unbeleivable!

Its what the FA cup is all about. Although im Dissappointed that United were knocked out, im happy for the clubs left in there. I kind of hope Portsmouth dont win it though.. (But they will be hard to beat - I suspect odds on now)

[quote="mjd"]And before you Criticise me for saying this Look at Eduardo]

Totally disagree
If you ask me its getting less physical and is becoming a no contact sport
Eduardo tackle is rare in football now
These days even when you win the ball if the player goes to ground its a free kick

Oh and wtf is Ferguson on??
Will there ever be a game when they lose and he actually just accepts it??
He always moans about the ref when they lose
What a cock (great manager still though)

Its down to the 'If its outside the box thats a free kick'

Seems it has to be special to be a penalty, so you can do what you like in the box....

With that i agree
The obstruction when the ball goes out for a goal kick is a perfect example

Typical Monday at OT

9.00 Arrival in Bentley's and Hummer's

9.30-9.45 Warm up exercises

9.45-10.30 Circuit training and endurance work

10.30-11.00 Set piece practice, corners, free kicks and penalties (attacking players only as no referee would dare give one against Manyoo)

11.00-11.30 Five a side

11.30-11.45 Diving practice- C Ronaldo

11.45 Showers

12.00-12.15 Refreshment break:hydrotonic drinks for the players( a spliff for Rio) or a nice burgundy for the manager

12.15-1.00 Tactics in the lecture room. Today's topics

(i) How much can a player swear at a referee without getting a booking
(ii) How to get an extra five minutes when we are 1-0 down
(iii) How to cry like a baby when we lose
(iv) How to justify not speaking to the BBC just because they exposed my son for accepting a few brown envelopes-SAF
(v) How you do a two footed tackle without getting sent off- W Rooney

1.00 Home (via a massage parlour or two)

There's no way a professional footballer's day would last THAT long - most of them are on the golf course by 11am!

Typically you will all criticise until the very same thing happens to a player on the team you support

Take Fulham as an example also.. They had two Penalty shouts which which were 'definate free kicks' but no penalty.... Its things like this that send teams down, and alters teams hopes..

Ronaldo was about to reach the ball, and BANG, the defender runs right into him with no attempt to win the ball... Thats a free kick, but 'not a penalty'

Anyways, im ovver it.. Ronaldo is so quick you need two referees to keep up with him... 'Does Ronaldo know you there? Does Ronaldo know yourrrr therreeeeee'
