Friday Afternoon Boring Poll

Participated in some survey recently where very official looking woman pitched up at the front door and left us a workbook to mark our radio useage on over the course of a week. Personally I listen to XFM most of the time but curious to know what other quiz chatters prefer?
Probably not for the SWP section as opposed to "the Lounge" but kind of linked in that actaully a lifetime listening to Radio 4 could only enhance the skills.
