he aint dead, i don't watch any of this anymore but i saw some people talking about this on another forum
Apparantly people that attended that actual show would ahve seen a burnt out limo on display as they walked in showing part of the stunt work that had been done
Its just the thing that all the Smackdown stars gathered on theTitontron and had a minute silence with the bell going and all that.
I think its wrong to fake a death.. And such a horrific death... But if he is dead, Vince McMahon is a true legend of WWE. And losing him (which will happen dead or not) is a HUGE loss for the business.
On June 11, 2007, WWE aired a segment at the end of RAW that featured McMahon (in character) entering a limousine moments before it exploded. The show went off-air shortly after, and WWE.com reported the angle as though it were a legitimate occurrence, proclaiming that McMahon was "presumed dead." Although this was the fate of the fictional Vince McMahon character, no harm came to the actual person (that is, his death was part of a storyline).
I've not watched wrestling for years. Quite interesting reading up on all the backstory that's happened since!
No he aint dead. The sun website has a wrestling column and they've explained how it was all done. The stunt was filmed the previous night then edited into the show to make it look like it was still live! It's a bit of a sick stunt to pull but thats Vince for you.
I think the storylines can be excellent. The only thing is, The Champion is Invincible! I dont think ive ever seen the Heavyweight championchip change hands on Raw / Smackdown..
Edge always used to get a kicking from John Cena, Now edge is beating everyone!

I still like his music though
we'll have to disagree on that one i think.
Remembering that wrestling is basically a 21st Century travelling freakshow the storylines are as extreme as the cast's appearance. i'm suprised they havent travelled back in time or wrestled on the moon yet
one move, any move, can become potentially deadly and has the ability of leaving you in a life threatening coma IF AND ONLY IF it is your finishing move, otherwise you just brush yourself off and carry on 'laying some smackdown'
