Bizarre fruit machine question.

Hello, sorry to bother you all.

Joined the forum to do a bit of research on a piece of fiction I'm writing. (Not themed on fruit machines, but there is a chapter where two blokes are playing one)

It's a useful site, I'm working my way through and getting a lot of interesting stuff. (I'll never put money in a quiz machine again...lol)

My one silly question is this, I'm looking for the names of as many different feature board awarding images as possible. By that I mean when it says collect three gophers to get on the board, any three beavers in view awards feature, I'm looking for gophers and beavers.

So can you help? The more popular the machine the better. I'm just looking for the names of the thingies. :)

some from the old days:
roulette wheels on spin when your [sic] winning
wizards hats (what a missed opportunity) on wizard of odds
boxing gloves on fight night (i think)

but i'm not the best person to reply as i only really know about SWP. i'm sure other people on here can help better.

Cheers for the help. From memeory all I could think of were Simpson characters and Monopoly pieces.

I could go round the pubs myself, (good excuse for a fact finding mission round a few pubs in the city) but am rather remotely located out in the sticks.

Are there any that use pots of gold? (It rhymes with hold see :) )

Also, one last ridiculous question if you'll indulge me, what would you say is the most common fruit machine in the UK today?
