Premiership Relegation Battle

My boys (Fulham) did enough today to all but guarantee their safety against a rather soft Liverpool second-string side.
So who will go down?
Charlton are in the worst position, but with a game in hand - they play Spurs on Monday night and travel to Liverpool next Sunday. They have to win both games to survive.
West Ham are in great form, however they travel to Old Trafford for their final fixture. Man Utd will be in celebration mode and a home win is a heavy odds-on favourite.
Wigan are in free fall, and travel to Sheffield United for what will be the focus of attention game next weekend. Wigan will be relegated if they fail to win it.
Sheffield United on the other hand go into the final fixture knowing that if they trip up, and West Ham cause an upset, they too aren't safe.
Fulham can still go down, but it would need Charlton to beat Spurs AND Liverpool with a Fulham loss on the final day, aswell as a Wigan away win and a West Ham win. All rather unlikely.
So, who's gonna join Watford in the Championship?
