Do you get on the C2C to work in the morning? I bet you LOVE the new timetable. There is a petition going around, if you would like to comment go to this site http://www.petitiononline.com/c2c/petition.html

Debz - I read a comment from someone in last night's Evening Standard, about the journey from Pitsea to Fenchurch Street having one LESS stop but taking 6 minutes LONGER...

These companies are simply padding their schedules so that their reliability and punctuality targets suddenly improve and they don't get fined - in reality, British Rail managed to run more trains across the same routes, running faster and arriving on time without resorting to passenger-unfriendly tactics.

End of rant.

Ouch! Frightening, innit ... just think, there're LOADS of people like you paying the £2k, so you have a right to see an improvement of some sort. Either that, or the bloke who sweeps the platforms is becoming very over-zealous with his wage demands!
