bit of a random one, I went into the doctors today for the 1st time in about 10 years, and my Blood Pressure / heart rate were Perfect!


How on earth!? I do hardly any excercise, and drink more beer than you could imagine, and eat a load of unhealthy stuff..

Blood pressure is more affected by Stress/Caffeine and your nervous system my friend

You have to be a complete lard arse sloth to get hypertension at 20 odd. Not enough time for cholesterol to inhibit your blood flow 8)
