I sometimes get asked by my parents 'When do you think you will be moving out'?

Honest answer with the house prices = never!

the other day after a night out I decided for some unknown reason to sleep in my car. It was a good night sleep (duvet / pillow and flat seats) Then I started to wonder - Could you possibly live in your car?

First thing I do in a morning is go to work, then thats me till about 5/6pm, or anything upto 7pm. now after this you can go for a meal / and then go to pubs, where you dont have to buy alcohol all the time. You can get a pint of water for zero cost in any pub. So that covers Water.

Food can be bought as normal from a super market / snacks etc

Shower issues - There a swimming baths in town, so you can go there to shower / swim / shower after that.

Laundry - Launderette in town

Cleaning Teeth - do it in a drain or something with a bottle of water whilst nobody is looking

Bogs - in a pub

Internet - in the library

The ONLY thing I can think of being a problem is Mail - You would have to get it directed to work or something.

Now this may be impossible, but its just a thought. My imagination at times is bonkers at times. But Renting a flat would be costly, using your car as accomodation wouldn't cost a thing!

MJD your mad.

LOL @ Debz! ;) ;) ;)

I think you might have a problem getting a new job / keeping a job, as I'm sure you have to have a permanent address else you're out on your ear.

There may be some loophole however.

I just don't think I'd fancy it though, I need me' space! ;)

Could add 'a van' on the end and you'd have a 'car-a-van'...?

A mate of mine is thinking of living in a canalboat, it still costs more than a car but is well cheaper than a house.

when I attempted Scafell Pike and it was really dark, early morning, I needed to pass some time on the way whilst waiting for light, whilst in the car!!

I really think its do'able' though this idea, Because My Job is permanent, and I cant see me moving, I will prob be there for the rest of ma dayz!
