Lets be honest though, Adebayor isn't that great is he. Just like another Kanu/Wanchope style player who just looks like a big twist of legs which don't know where they're going.

Well, I just wonder what it feels like to be that far down the table...?
To sum up, I think a draw would have been the most fair result, although I don't really think that the loss has put too much of a dent into our Premiership hopes. We'll be over it, and probably whack Reading for 5 or 6.
Would've been a much more palatable result had Chelsea lost, although that was a good goal from DD.

Utd have had by far the easiest few games and tbh i think yesterdays game showed that they dont have the team to be a challenge to chelsea. Their defence was so exposed by a poor, poor midfield.
Ronaldo only seems to play for himself, shoots at any opportunity, no final ball, conceeds possession.... just looks like a show pony
O'shea? why not play Carrick?
Scholes.. amazing player but can he last a whole seaon?
Giggs - see scholes
they've had an easy few games and the first real test of the team and they came up seriously short, i'll be very suprised to see them win anything this year.

I still think that come the end of the season the 'big four' will still be up the top. With possibly, the only questions really to be asked about Liverpool.
A chum at work (Liverpool fan tho!) managed to get 10:1 on Liverpool finishing in the top three (they were exceedingly poor pre-season). Him and another mate 'scraped together' £5k and put it on!!!!

Adebayor is alot better than Kanu to be fair and as for Wanchope he was quality. They just add something different to your side.
Someone also said a draw would have been fair, i disagree. Arsenal made man utd out to be the title contenders fraudsters they really are! watch them tilt, come on reading!

i dont think theres much question about liverpool finishing in the top 2 nevermind the top 4, true that they're notoriously bad starters but when they're on a run its hard to stop them. No question that their squad has been strengthened and they have a better one than last season.
All they need to do is learn how to take points of the other 3 and they're up and there abouts.
what i dont understand is why people believe the sky hype. Liverpool out of the race with 4 points and a game in hand, Arsenal 5 points, no game in hand and they're title challengers!!!

true, they have an extremely poor midfield offers no real support to the strikers and no protection to the defenders. They didnt pick their first 4 games but i bet if they did they wouldnt have been much different.

Aye.. his face probably is a mess after that.
Respect to the guy, apparently he was knocked out briefly, and still carried on.
