I remember people calling any old plain pill without markings a "Snowball" in my day Betch. It became more like a cliche for a dud pill in the late 90's.
"Trust me mate, they just take a bit longer to come up on because they're a bit bigger than normal pills."
If people managed to find me a second time I'd begrudgingly go into the other bag and fish out a real one.
Anyone who came back a third time was told to fuck off and got kicked in if they kept pestering.
