Best of luck, i know a lady who smoked the most fags that is humanly possible, she would light one off the other (seen her do it many times) the most she would last between smokes is a couple of minutes, and she gave up a couple of years ago, although she can't seem to kick the inhaler she has used ever since, i suppose its better for her than the actual smoking, if she can stop then anyone can, good luck again :)

I gave up smoking 2 years ago and it ain't easy. I used to smoke 20-30 a day, you will only give up by will power, I had no patches no nothing, going cold turkey is the best way. I wish I could say the same about drinking.

And good luck

I'm sure it was u but when I shouted out Jackie u didn't look around so I guess it was someone else!!

I can't help putting fags in my mouth. Maybe it's just a phase.

Bumped into him today, as I walked in he just beat me to the empire, had to laugh as he went balls deep into it, took a near £40 cash pot as it played up as usual. All that back and more coin and then the notes start goin in. Twice on the trot now, the time b4 he had to tow thru again as it was still holdin after the 1st one.
