on the way back from london yesterday (with martin , top profit day) ,,,,,,,,,, stopped in at toddingtondown for a piss etc .

met rory from brighton ,,,,,,,,,,,,, seemed ok ,,,,,,,,,,, sadly he was having a bad day ,,,,,( happens to us all from time to time) watched him finishing off on the mega ,,,,,,,,, said he lost 80 quid on it ,,,,,, ouch ,,,,,,,,,,, then he tried to recover a bit back by pumping the brt next to it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, double ouch ,,,,,,,,,,,, really felt his pain because he seemed like a nice genuine guy ,,,,,,,,,( i cant stand people who bullshit and never admit to a losing day)

martin n me had 3 days out last week , two top london days ,,,,,,,,,,,,, and 1 shocking day round york ended up 45 each down that day , (40 fuel , food n drinks included )

i love bumping into other players ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,im very laid back and always got time to stop for a chat with genuine people ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, its the bullshitters i cant stand ....

'' oooh im the best player in the country ''
'' i never miss any skill ever''
'' i own three houses full of students''
'' i was on those before everyone else''
'' nobody gets anything before me''

etc .

couple of weeks back , i just walked away from somebody ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, couldn't listen to his shit any longer.

ive met a lot of decent people off here though.

I've herd all that bull shit before. It's easy to tell a bullshitter.

i rarely stop and speak to players unless i already know them, its not thru arrogance i just really don't see the point, saw a lad couple months ago in plymouth.....started asking me what i was playing and could i help him out,i was so discusted i just grinned and just avoided most questions......that just reminded me why i rarely make the effort.....lee...do you go central london or just stick to the outer cities?

Speaking to other players is a mixed bag.

Some you think how on earth do you make a living?

Others are decent guys with decent knowledge and make a good contact.

I'm more likely to speak if I'm not near my house but if I think Im coming back to an area then I won't, can't be arsed with this let me know when you're back round here mate - what so you can torch everything?!

On the whole it's probably -ev unless you quickly fuck off if you realise he is an idiot. Also you run less risk of bumping into the likes of Carl from hull!

I've recently bumped into two players doing the same thing as me, which was an unpleasant surprise, but I suppose it was inevitable, since I've never seen anyone else on them for over a year.

We clocked each other, and a curt nod was exchanged, but no effort to make verbal communications was made. No point really.

Needless to say they weren't your average street-player type. I don't mind sharing the cookie barrel, since there certainly is plenty (currently) to go around on this trick, but as we have all experienced before, the more people that know, the less time the trick has to live.
