Official darts thread

Post by Shaggerty »

Everyone seems to have made a thread about darts... thought I'd combine them all together, heh.

Premier League is topped by Gary Anderson at the moment. Anderson V Wade this week though. Also, it's Taylor V Barney!

Essex Open was yesterday, no I didn't play, being I was told I could pay the extra £2 on the day, but sadly 100 others wanted to do the same! Only 20 or so made it in, I didn't.

Not such a bad thing though, as I didn't get back to Essex until 9am, as I was in Barnsley the night before! Got the 1am coach home.

Anyway, I'm currently doing the PDC youth tour, lost in the Quarter finals on Saturday to the eventual winner. Took out 156 to go 2-1 up. He hits back with a 12 darter, and a 14 darter to win it.

This Wednesday is the 2nd and 3rd table clash of Southend and Springfield in Essex mens super league. Game onnnnn.
Aww, how'd you feel?!

Taylor v Anderson was a good game last night. Just knew Taylor was gona sneak a win.

James Wade is playing terrible at the moment. Just doesnt look interested at all.

I played the Essex Open the other week and made it through to the second round, so was pleased with that as it was my first proper competion.

Yeah I play in the same tour as Co Stompe junior.

I lost in the final on saturday to my practise partner!
Was 1-0 up but lost 4-2.

I struggled to take it seriously, being in my head I was at the pub pissing about... lol

I created the Tony From Oxford legend(ness)

The user name with -'s in is an imposter.

Now don't make me log in as the REEL(like what I did there?) TFO and stick my NOSE in.

Hell's Bells broke it off with Wade a while back - really caused him to have some bad times I think - give it a Google. I do like him as a player...

Hit my first ever 160 getaway tonight. It felt just like hitting a 180! Happy Chappy.

Still average at darts though. Win or lose, I absolutely love the game :D

Youth tour event 4 tomorrow in Crawley. :)
Been off work recently with a virus, not feeling confident, but I won't win if I don't turn up!

Only an hour drive from here, looking forward to it.
