My god what has happened too this brillant show ?
Now i have watched every episode from the start and prob watched
series 1,2,3,4 over and over again
Now this years has to have about 90 percent of total crap characters in it.
Oh and the fing dreadfull storylines dont help either.
Its now a complete farce.
Just dont bother making a new series next year c4.
I really cant believe im sayin that ,but i have lol .
Mickey was somthing else esp when ur stoned :P He was gold.
But sadly the storylines aint helping him 1 bit now.
Theres only frank whos any good left in it.
Oh i could strangle mimi god i fing hate her in it now paddy gone
God i can even think of loads of storys, Esp for frank which in all series there aint been a story like mine.
I might write my story ideas to c4 lol
I mean i couldnt do worse than it is now.
Oh and whats the idea with that person working in chesneys shop with that burka thing on ?
I might be miles away here but i think its chesneys mum keeping an eye on him lol

This was a great show for the first 2 or 3 series. Now some of the capers are so ludicrously far fetched its almost embarrassing to watch. I find Silent Witness quite enjoyable, but at times the delivery is preachy, and the lead characters seem to become embroiled in the work of the police to the extent where they are effectively telling them how to do their jobs, and the show loses a lot of credibility as a result. Emilia Fox is both beautiful and irritating in equal measures.

One show I can't get enough of at the moment is the repeats of Minder, a joy to watch from start to finish.

I'm still enjoying Shameless, but I'll admit, the feel of the show has changed.
This weeks for example, with all that Eastern European style puppet stuff and halucinations.
Good dark stuff.

I think people who look at it primarily as a comedy are disappointed, but it's supposed to be Drama with laughs, not the other way round.

I think it's missing some recent departures. Paddy is a loss, so's Monica and Norma was good too. The Coppers from a couple of series ago were good value too.
I'd like to see more Frank too.
Whatever, I still like it.

Paddy's missus has lost a lot of terry, so much that she nearly passes for a human being.

I agree they should've got shot of Mimi over Paddy, just can't take her seriously, watched a few of the early episodes aswell recently, the McGuire boys were all different.

mickey Maguire is brilliant.
Best non-Frank character in the show.

I just wish that 'the guv' were still on tv, oh how i enjoy watching his 'alternative' manner of policing!



I have all the box sets of life on mars and ashes to ashes, and personally believe that those 2 shows were amongst the best series that the BBC have ever made.
