Just started goin was wondering. If any one had any advice about rotines ano your a fat cunt jack so your out lol!!!

Gym is very important for later in life if you don't fancy a slew of health related problems.

Best Advice : Warm your muscles up. Even though it is rare to pull or tear a muscle, if you tear one in your back for example, the pain and awkwardness can last years.

Second Best Advice : Make a plan to go to the gym, and stick to it. The biggest issue you ever get into is making excuses for not going. Once you start doing that, you may as well pack it in.

My pockets are fat after all the roid heads have slotted the rovers and its got 2 in it lol

been going since august gone from 102kg to 88kg and building the muscles up... hard graft tho, but you eventually get used to it! Helps having a personal trainer, although thats a £30/session cost for me.... just keeps u at it...
