Ebay ceases to amaze me.

Actually what does amaze me is that it has no bidders yet!

I make a few quid every now and again but i sell all over ebay full time, i have loads of ebay names and sell a wide variety of stuff, for instance on this one where i'm selling Mr. Blue i'm also selling arcade game remakes, i don't sell many but it's another line to add to the mountain, just click in the Mr. Blue auction above and go 'view sellers other items'!

Another one of my accounts i'm currently dabbling in a bit of 'real art', here's the link to my current auction:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/St-Martins-in-the ... dZViewItem

I'm expecting that to go for between 3 and 5 grand!

I have a total feedbak of around 6000 between all my accounts!

But i don't like to keep all my eggs in one basket just incase ebay come down on me for doing anything wrong....

anyway back to the point, every now and again when i'm bored i just do a weird auction to see what happens 8)

I did wonder who puts up auction slike this. It's staggering thet people will pay such silly money for something so simple. I did spend quite a lot of time watching the blue balls in the background, too!
Still kicking about.

I think there's more than people think but a lot of them are never found, i mean who would ever be looking for Mr. Blue? Unless it's pointed out to you it's bound to go un-noticed.

I think i mentioned in another thread that i once sold 'my last rolo' and it sold for forty odd quid!

In the uk they don't usually go for so much, but the tanks pay silly amounts for weird things, there's a wlaamart bag on there now and it's gone over $3,000!

Is that MAME you are selling on ebay? I am guessing it is.
Also you are wrong to state on your auction that what you are doing is not illegal, the Roms are copyright protected.

Also, from the MAME website...

G05. Is MAME really free?

Yes, MAME is really free. The source code is freely available, too. It is illegal to sell MAME or its source.

I guess selling the link would be legal though.

Loved the string auction though.

To be honest with you mate i couldn't say, i simply bough the cd from ebay, enjoyed a few classic games and decided to them on and make an extra few quid

I don't know how legal it is but there are several people selling similar things so i guess there's some kind of loophole or ebay would just close us down.
