Sways said LnH were way ahead of there time,actual belly laughing ( tears sometimes). Love pink panther when he walks in hotel and dog is laying behind the counter and those who know know. Also another top film of mine blazing saddles not racist towards blacks but just shows how stupid the rednecks of America really were

i used to watch loads of these when i was a kid,the ones i remember the most were the one with 'the blue ridge mountains of virginia' song and the one where they share a bed with just a poxy sheet between them and the window keeps coming open iirc.

I grew up on these daily. Nothing comes close to them still to this day.

My particular favourite things are:


:d: Stan embarking on some ridiculous event, and Ollie just watching him and then covertly looking at the camera 'us' in desperation. :lol:

:d: The 'Tell me that again' parts, where Stan comes up with a reasonable suggestion and Ollie doesn't quite grasp it. So, Stan tells him again, but mixes everything up and THEN Ollie gets it. :lol:

:d: Some brilliant slapstick, which I still don't know how they achieved back in the 20s / 30s:
