What was so great about it it hasent been open for 4 years maybe if there was a playable machine I'd off shreaded a tear if it didn't burn down wouldent off been far of falling down no ones given a shit about it the past 4 years don't see how it's made the news
The council really couldn't give a shit about it. They refused to help fund it, and then wouldn't approve plans by Ravensclaw to redevelope it completely, so the council are hypocrites for pretending to cry about it burning down.
I'd much rather be down the road in Eastbourne. We went to Hastings about a year or so ago and it had turned into the biggest dump I can recall! It sure weren't like that when I was a kid...
"And do you ever contradict yourself, Minister?" "Well, yes and no..."

Went to eastbourne about 7 years ago and got banned from everywhere as soon as i walked in! Had never been there before or since!
I've only been there on family days and had a quick saunter around the pier / local pubs but didn't play anything. I know it's got a reputation as an old-folks place, but it's not a bad town I tell ye.

arson, failing real estate... it is the oldest trick in the book.
you can bet the council has a slice of insurance interests too.
i'm a cynic but what they have allowed to happen is scandalous.
