ring the helpline, the sony people are really good... just watch thee 0845 number on a mobile- 40p a minute
Cheers!!
Gulp!! at the 40p a minute, i was on the phone to sony for like 15 mins, was from a landline tho, so i think that's 10p?
They didn't know what the error codes were, so i googled it, and it was locked out for 24hrs...
Told sony the numbers on the card, they said the numbers didn't exist!, so i took it back to game, the manager said we've had a email from head office about the letters on the psn cards..
He showed me the letter, it says that X = K :: K = X :: O = Q :: Q =O
I told him sony had tried those permutations, and it does'nt exist!!
Took about 20 mins, and he swapped it for a new one!!, tried it again this morning, and it worked 1st time..luckily there was only 1 funny x in it..
